From a London partnership to a UK–Gulf group.
Croxley Partners began as a small group of principals in London who had spent careers on both sides of the table — building companies, buying them, advising on them, and operating them. We shared a frustration with the prevailing model: capital that was impatient, advice that was conflicted, and ownership that felt transactional.
So we built the alternative. An evergreen partnership that deploys its own balance sheet, advises without hidden incentives, and operates real companies day to day. No fund clock. No.raise-driven agenda. No exit forced by a calendar. Just patient capital, aligned with the people who run the businesses we back.
From our London base we extended into the Gulf, opening a Dubai office and building the group's operating arm — most visibly through European Technical, our licensed UAE technical-services company. Today the partnership works across the United Kingdom and the Gulf, investing, advising and operating as one firm.

We take board seats and we read the numbers — but we did not buy the company to run it for you. We support management, we do not supplant it. Decisions stay with the people closest to the business.
Capital with patience
Because our capital is evergreen, we can fund follow-ons, weather downturns and wait for the right moment. We will never knock on your door asking you to sell because a fund needs to return cash.
Operational honesty
We bring finance, governance, hiring and systems expertise — and we use it to strengthen the business, not to dress it for a sale. Stronger foundations are the goal, every time.
A permanent home
For operating companies in the group, ownership is indefinite. We are a long-term steward, not a holding pen between transactions — which is why businesses and their teams thrive with us.

Croxley Partners is deliberately small and senior. The people who evaluate an opportunity are the same people who sit on the board, sign the cheque and pick up the phone years later. There is no associate screen and no hand-off to a different team after closing.
The partnership brings together backgrounds in principal investing, M&A and corporate finance, strategy consulting, and hands-on operating roles — including the leadership of our own group companies. That mix is deliberate: investors who have operated, and operators who understand capital.

The partnership is headquartered in London, with its Gulf office in Dubai. The two centres give us reach across the United Kingdom and the Gulf region, and a working day that spans both time zones.

European Technical is the clearest expression of how Croxley Partners operates. It is a licensed Dubai home and technical-services company — not a portfolio we visit once a quarter, but a business we run.
That hands-on grounding is why our investment and advisory work feels different: it is informed by people who sign payrolls, meet customers and solve operational problems every week. European Technical stands alongside our other holdings as part of the group.
